Queen Louise Bridge is located on the border between Russia and Lithuania. Previously electric tram route went through the bridge, and now it is used by cars. In the frame of the restoration works of the bridge in the 60's its portals were rebuilt with the use of reinforced concrete, and the image of the queen was replaced with the coat of arms of the Soviet Union. Only in the 90s-2000s the arms were removed and Queen Louise’s bas-relief was put on its original place. The bridge is especially beautiful at night, when it is illuminated by lights.
